Lack of literature in network analysis of ORGANIZED CRIMES necessitates more theoretical and experimental works.This paper tries to elaborate on the ORGANIZED CRIMES and their characteristics as well as their basic types. Definition, functions, basic concepts, the standard and the network structure in social sciences are clarified. The paper specifically aims at operating and benefiting from network analysis technique in data analysis of the ORGANIZED CRIMES. Network analysis technique can be a useful and systematic tool to combine various data.

The most dangerous CRIMES which threaten our economic, social and even political security, due its unique characteristics, are ORGANIZED CRIMES which has emerged in new shapes as the technology progresses. Because of the complexity of criminal groups and their networks and accomplices it greatly affects the economy, politics and the international society. It is not easy to detect all of their activities but most of them are organizations which have strong and rich communities. The total assest of some of these organizations may be as huge as some countries total budget. Their target is profit seeking rather than getting political strength. According to Interpol research report, fourteen percents of the GBP for developing countries and two percents of the GBP for developed countries is consumed by them. This research investigates the ORGANIZED CRIMES in a documentary method. Reinforcing the combating tools and signing new regional and international contracts for cooperation's between police forces as well as legal cooperations can reduce their threats.

According to the criminal law, the ORGANIZED CRIMES have a unique characteristic which is the planned way of accomplishing. This indicates that in comparison with others, these kinds of CRIMES are not new ones and in spite of it, every crime can be accomplished in an ORGANIZED manner. In the mean time, based on criminology, other than way of accomplishing, the ORGANIZED CRIMES have two other characteristics including their financial and trans-national features. Whenever the above characteristics are linked to the perpetrators of ORGANIZED CRIMES, the role of security as the subject of this crime is highlighted. However, despite of terrorism which mainly targets the citizens, these CRIMES are behaviors against economic and national security. Pursuing those CRIMES is not comparable to those on the streets or other coercive CRIMES. Due to the linkage between ORGANIZED crime perpetrators and the power and also because of formalistic respect to the law and norms by them, police has not been so successful in identification and hunting those criminals.

The background of ORGANIZED crime committing is almost the same with that of CRIMES, though defining this kind of crime and exercising severer punishments compared to individual CRIMES are actualized only in the contemporary era. There is a major disagreement among lawyers with one another on the one hand and with criminologists on the other with regard to the meaning of “ORGANIZED” and instances of ORGANIZED CRIMES and in spite of their consensus on the possibility of organizes committing of some CRIMES no single definition is presented for such CRIMES. In the Iranian law, ORGANIZED crime committing is basically not mentioned in particular, and only such phrases as band, web, and collusion are applied to collective CRIMES without presenting any specific definition. It is only in the law against transporting that the term “ORGANIZED” is used – and, of course, without any given definition. Similarly, in juristic texts as well as hadiths, ORGANIZED CRIMES are not dealt with as a distinct subject, though in criminal designations and some CRIMES, such as rebellion, fighting, corruption in the land, counseling and procuring sins, dissemination of fornication, and collusion, organization has been taken into consideration causing sometimes change or severeness of punishment of criminals. For example, one can mention those rebels who have organizations whose punishment is severer: their captured and injured men will be killed, their escapee will be pursued, and their properties will be confiscated.

The end of the Cold War and termination of mutual support of the great powers from dear decedents, globalization, the fight against terrorism since 9/11 and decrease of support of terrorist groups by the states and etc. have led terrorist organizations to commence Mafia activities and to secure more financial resources for their own activities. Therefore, some new organizations have been established with a mixed feature, that is, mutual cooperation of mafia organizations and terror organizations. The paper offers an analysis about this development and focuses on the PKK as a case study. Since early 1990s PKK has been involved as a accomplice to mafia organizations but later it was involved directly with this kind of illegitimate activities and now it has a strong linkage we ORGANIZED CRIMES. This linkage contributes to survival of this terror organization and therefore should be considered in developing strategies to contain terrorism.

The contemporary societies are treatened by ORGANIZED CRIMES and this tends to be associated with economic growth. This means that societies witness an increasing rate of ORGANIZED crims while economic growth incteases. This study primarily aims to explore varying consequences of ORGANIZED crims and how to prevent them. Methodologically, this paper employs a descriptive-analytical method. The results of this analysis show that the resiks and consequences that contemporary societies are facing due to ORGANIZED crims are by far greater than any time earlier in human history. As a results, it has been recognized as a crucial treat in recent official documents. This careful attention mainly lies in the fact that ORGANIZED CRIMES impose negative consequences on all aspects of individual, social, economic, and political lives of contemporary societies including development and security in local, national, regional, and international levels.

Background and Objectives: Security has been constantly one of the concerns of mankind and human communities; and due to its growing importance in communities, ways and tools of establishing and maintaining it home has been subject to astounding developments. Over the recent years, public security which is the consequence of some overlapping and effective elements and parameters in social, economic and political realms have become more visible, and have entered Iran’s security surveys and research field. On the other hand, measures taken by criminal international arena which is considered as a threat against community health, has challenged establishment of a desirable level of public security for the citizens, and has necessitated firm confrontation with that. The present research, while aiming at identifying threats resulted from the CRIMES for the country’s public security, contributes to materialization of such objective.Method: The research is of applied type, and conducted through using documentary and survey method. Validity of the self-made questionnaire calculated through using Cronbach Alpha (a=0.90), and Treston method is used for determining its reliability. The collected data analyzed through unilateral and multivariable variance analysis tests, path analysis, and multivariable regressions. Lisrel and SPSS was used for this purpose.Findings: Smuggling is the most important threat resulted from ORGANIZED CRIMES. Public security indices include institutional, conceptual, value based and sector constituents. There is no significant difference between general status of various constituents of public security.Conclusion: The most important characteristics of ORGANIZED CRIMES are: supportive tool, criminal activities, delinquent organization, monopoly; and their indices are explained, as well.

Todays, in penal code with attention to the relationship of countries and (transnational) international relations and the absence of boarders, the ORGANIZED CRIMES have a specific position. The importance of these CRIMES is because of their serious pathologies to the security, public orders of countries and people’s living and safety. Therefore, the prevention of these CRIMES has attracted the attention of criminologists. The identity documents for presenting the physical features and validity of persons are appropriate tools for the prevention of ORGANIZED CRIMES. Besides increasing the risk, these documents make offenders difficult commit CRIMES. Increasing factors of safety in identity documents causes offenders to be hopeless and powerless in creating factitious identity. After the definition of identity documents, presenting the concept and specifications of ORGANIZED CRIMES and determining the concept of crime prevention, this paper studies and analyzes the role of identity documents in the proactive prevention and then the role of these documents in the reactive prevention in ORGANIZED CRIMES.

Background and Aim: Moral CRIMES are considered the most important example of social security, which is related to the ability to maintain moral patterns, culture, religion, national custom identity with acceptable conditions of change. Therefore, government intervention in the field of ORGANIZED moral CRIMES has been considered in recent decades and criminalization in the field of personal moral corruption and moral CRIMES without victimization is doomed. Methods: This research is theoretical, the research method is descriptive-analytical, and the collection of information was done in a library and by referring to documents. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the present study, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Results: Findings indicate that the purpose of ORGANIZED moral CRIMES is mainly to gain material power, illegitimate and immoral services and finally material objects. Considering the acceptance of government intervention in providing moral security related to group or ORGANIZED corruption and delegating the provision of individual or personal moral security to the people and civil institutions,It is necessary to distinguish the manifestations of ORGANIZED moral CRIMES from individual moral CRIMES. Conclusion: Given that the values, norms and achievements of the age of modernity, which rely on empiricism, reason and science, do not meet human needs alone, therefore, one of the implications of moral security is that the intellectuals and elites of society accept that if the traditions, religious, cultural and national values of society play a role in preventing and moderating the deviations and excesses of science, knowledge and experience, and their duty is to try to preserve and strengthen them instead of confronting them. In a religious government, no executive, legislative or judicial authority can ignore or deny its responsibility to combat the manifestations of ORGANIZED and group corruption.
